Debian 10 CIS CI Compliance.

Added Support for Debian 10 CIS CI.

Support for Debian 10 was added and tested.
This was done by taking ubuntu18 as a base and modifying it to make it fully adapted to Debian 10.
Wazuh was used to test it and we reached a score of 85% on a machine with no partitions separated etc.

The failed are due to ipv6 disabled so checks failing but scored and various similar reasons for the rest.
