Revising configuration interface. Updating WinForms project.

I've revised the design of the configuration interface IJsonClassGeneratorConfig:
- Added more inline XML documentation comments.
- Replaced (confusing) bool properties with enum-based properties (which are self-documenting).
- Replaced dependent-properties (with undocumented dependencies) with nested properties (in MutableClasses).
The WinForms project is updated with support for C# record-type output.
Also included is a fix for flakiness in tests. All tests now pass at my end.
