Remove Winamp windows tittle - blinking text

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Applying checkbox "Remove Remove Winamp windows tittle"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Scrolling text Artist/Title in the taskbar started to blink, it shouldnt blink

What version of Winamp are you using? What plugin version? On what
operating system?

Windows 7
Winamp 5.572
Plugin version v 1.13

Are you talking about the text you can see on both Winamp window title and 
taskbar 
title? It's blinking because you have the "Scroll title" option activated IN 
THE 
WINAMP PREFERENCES, not in the plug-in. The cause of this is because the 
plug-in 
removes the text, but Winamp rewrites it. 
To fix this, either deactivate one of the options (scrolling text from winamp 
pref, 
or "remove text" from plugin pref)
OR you can try the test build 1.14, which should have this feature implemented 
in a 
more proper way, and you won't see the flickering. (I suggest you choose this 
option, 
so you can give feedback if the new version is working or not :) )

so ill make a comment here.

Thanks, the 1.14 fixed the flickering :) . But the perfect way would be - the
scrolling title keeps scrolling in taskbar, but the title which appears on top 
when
doing hover should go away. I added a sample so you could better understand 
what i
thought.

Afaik, what you ask is impossible, because the same title is displayed in both
locations.
