Screen freezes when Winamp exits with win7Shell v 1.13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Updated win7Shell to 1.13 from 1.10C
2. Open preferences and close OR exit Winamp
3. Screen freezes for a few seconds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Winamp works fine with 1.10C, don't know what could cause this issue in 1.13

What version of Winamp are you using? What plugin version? On what
operating system?

Winamp 5.572 and Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Found out the issue, disabled volume control with mouse wheel option and 
working fine!
