Switch to VOGdb for phage identification #7

Currently use a database from prophet, which is not an actively updated tool. https://github.com/jaumlrc/ProphET

Would be nice to use this database instead: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5210652/ https://vogdb.org/

download for pVOG genes fna: http://fileshare.csb.univie.ac.at/vog/latest/vog.genes.all.fa.gz This is currently 128MB... dont know if it's clustered or not...
