Wii flow black screen and frozen #590

The wii flow on my wii keeps on getting a black screen and freezes, which 
forces me to choke my wii. It was working until now and I never updated it with 
the newest version of wii flow (having it for 2 years and no issues) my nephew 
and I wanted to play just dance on my wii via the wii flow. And now I can't 
open wii flow and all of the games are gone on the SD card. What should I do?
