Add format definition for persited data #14

It will be useful as part of the metadata of the bundle to add format definition such that Market modules can parse this data intelligently.

Thinking it through I don't believe this to be a priority, moreover, starting to work on the backtesting could give us some insight on the data formats we want to store. I will be putting it in the backlog for now.
