Implementation of measurement method 4 [Holl 2016, p. 34] as Method H

\bar{J}(\Delta x, \Delta t) = \sum \limits_{i=1}^n \frac{\Delta x_i (\Delta t)}{\Delta x} \cdot \frac{1}{\Delta t}
\bar{\rho}(\Delta x_0, \Delta t) = \sum \limits_{i=1}^n \frac{\Delta t_i (\Delta t_i (\Delta x)}{\Delta t} \cdot \frac{1}{\Delta x}

\bar{v}(\Delta x, \Delta t) = \frac{\sum \limits_{i=1}^n \Delta x_i (\Delta t)}{\sum \limits_{i=1}^n \Delta t_i (\Delta x)}

This measurement method is based on the work by Edie* and was developed for railbound- traffic. Stefan has generalised this measurement method for multidirectional traffic on any desired measurement surfaces. The method is described in detail in Sec 4.1.3 (pp. 64 ff.)
