Preview panels only work when SceneViewer is open #317

Previews like used in the model importer and Material Editor
only work when SceneViewer is open

Not really I think, I still open the SceneViewer to get a proper context.. You 
can try. Close the SceneViewer and edit a material file, if to doesn't update 
its not fixed..

Fixed by adding the appropriate flag to the renderer.
