requests, this issue tracker is only for developers that can hint at
solutions for the problem.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Moving the scrollbar with the mouse
2.Selection text with the mouse
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Jmonkey will comply with the expected action for a short while then 
unexpectedly attempts to move the window that you are working in(The pinkish 
orange outline)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jme3 windows 7
