SkeletonView Environment:

SkeletonView version: 1.30.4 Xcode version: 15.2 Swift version: 5.9.2

Hey, I'm a bit lost between this repo, which has the manifest for apple since January 2024, and the other one : https://github.com/Juanpe/SkeletonView-XCFramework which I'm using on my project with SPM, without the manifest. Can I have more explanations about this ? Thanks a lot
