Incentive model for creators.

Through the use of the UBI token or another token with a low gas rate the content creator will be paid according to the time of viewing, listening or for each like received per user.

A creator can receive his value after N number of transactions, (to reduce the gas rate) and/or every certain value (the value is defined by the creator according to his possibilities, in addition to being sponsored).

The viewer or user transfers to the creator according to:

Likes received in case of a post or image.
Playing time in case of a song, podcast, video or streaming (investigate decentralization of streaming).

Storage.

By analogy with YouTube subscriptions, subscribing to a creator's content takes two forms:

Monthly subscription: the user supports the creator with a contract in which he transfers a fixed value or a percentage value to his universal basic income (investigate use in allowances for children or salary payments) .
File subscription: The user can store the creator's video on his computer through (Bit Torrent or something like Ares), when X's video receives a like, comment or donation from user Y, user Z (with file subscription) will earn a reward for the time he has shared the file on the network. (More research is needed)

@AngelAlexQC Any ideas on how to implement this as an on-chain solution? "Keeping track " is hard on the blockchain
