JACK MIDI support #5

AFAIK there is currently no Uzebox sound engine VST or LV2 plugin and nor does Uzebox patch studio support MIDI but I haven't found UPS to be very accurate anyway, hence writing music for the UB is tricky.

If cuzebox supported JACK MIDI then we would be able to run Uzesynth under cuzebox then attach cuzebox to the MIDI sequencer of our choice and greatly simplify the process of writing UB chiptunes.

I'm going to close this because I've been told the MIDI support on the UB is unreliable and was going to be removed from future revisions.

It looks like we have more chance of getting MIDI working via serial but this will require some work on the UB kernel and Uzesynth will need to be updated to support the serial port.
