Plugin loading is not ordered by file name #13

This causes problems with plugins that use ZeresPluginLibrary and its auto-downloader, since the auto-downloader does its checks before ZPL is loaded and prompts the user about downloading it.

...okay, nevermind, apparently I did something wrong on my end because it's working now.
