Use the tag field to designate the proper heading order for each component. Default is <h2>

There are currently no issues with this component to report.

Questions

Do you have a sense yet, of when the has-background-color--light vs has-background-color--dark should be used? I implemented this yesterday for OnRamp, and used "dark" but I'm not sure if that's correct or not.

Questions:

I think that many of these components will benefit from an author option to control the background color. This final decision for author experience will need to be made on a case by case basis by JCC and @ivanbueno-jcc
