Unable to connect to the extension services on fedora LINUX #345

Hello, i am experiencing this error Unable to connect to the extension services with a fresh install of CodeGPT.

Environment :

fedora 40 VSCODE 1.90.2 Vscode Node 20.9.0

I see mac users experiencing same issue. I guess it'll take few days

@funjay @melonNamedLove , In Fedora, we are experiencing problems, but the troubleshooting procedures for this issue are working on Mac and Windows. We will keep you updated if there are any developments regarding Fedora.

unfortunately, I need vscode as well just because of the university..., but still nothing:

Same on remote Ubuntu 24.04

Turned out it was having conflicts with other plugins... Thnx😳
