Responsiveness #526

Description

There were applied some changes to css and html files to fix responsiveness issues such as:

Menus were not working properly on phone resolutions.
Tables on "tasks" and "view submissions" sections didn't fit to phone resolutions.
The footer wasn't being displayed properly on phone resolutions.

Fixes #502
