Changes to work on AWS properly #557

Description

Changes in order to work properly in AWS environment:

Host network mode in create container
Dont expire session if the ip is different due cloudfront aws external lb
Debugging loggers on lti requests
Ensure https callback on google auth
Update date on un template plugin
