Change project name. #3

Finding this project on google and indexes is simply hard, it's just called LanLauncher.. Lan Launcher for what? name it something like Plutonium Lan Launcher.

Can also relate to this. It was hard to find but many many thanks for this now i can play bo1 and bo2 offline on my steam deck without having a seperate game install

This is very obscure program anyway, so not many will be looking for this, if you change the name, go with "PlutoLan"
