Display only year if no event parameter is set #2

I would suggest to display only the year if no event GET parameter is set, instead of setting it to Berlin by default.

This was planned as one of a few badge-types I wanted to add. Thereby it could still take the colors from the events and would be more consistent with the other Badge-Ideas.
