Make parties choosable #12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I think it would be cool if you can choose which parties you are interested in.

Does anyone has ideas on where to implement it in the interface?

You can get all possible parties from the backend using http://api.parteiduell.de/allParties

Than you can add parties the user is interested by adding the to the get parameters like this: http://api.parteiduell.de/list?parties=Die%20Humanisten

Unfortunately the default ones can't be removed for know.

An sich sollte das jetzt in develop-settings-for-parties funktionieren. Findet jmd noch Fehler? Hat jmd. noch Verbesserungsvorschläge?

Neue Icons habe ich leider noch nicht hinzugefügt. Das würde ich aber erst machen wenn im Backend die Parteien die doppelt sind zusammengeführt wurden.
