Content exchange Ogra issues #37

Creating an Ogra app does not work content exchange, no way to upload any files and neighter the the login with user and password working. The solution may be to integrate Brian features added in apps like Photopea or featuresby Mateo in NC ubports app

which kind of login/password, is this a website prompt, or an overlay dialog. Should be able to get upload working

adding to 1.4 for uploading, since it is something in progress, just need to add to the template for webappcreator
