CompatHelper: bump compat for FinanceModels in [weakdeps] to 4, (keep existing compat) #51

This pull request changes the compat entry for the FinanceModels package from 4 - 4.7 to 4 - 4.7, 4. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
