CompatHelper: bump compat for ContinuumArrays to 0.17, (keep existing compat) #74

This pull request changes the compat entry for the ContinuumArrays package from 0.10, 0.11, 0.12 to 0.10, 0.11, 0.12, 0.17. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
