Make Documenter build successfully #79

77 doesn't build docs due to an error cause by missing `mkdocs.yml` file. Additionally, in the same PR a lack of content for `index.md` was pointed out. PR to resolve the same.

Yeap, it builds locally with no problems. The asset files are automatically generated under the build directory by Documenter. Additionally, they'll be sent to the gh-pages branch when generated online. So, that shouldn't be a problem.
