Hole notation #3

An input like [Ar] 3s-1 4p should yield something like [He] 3s 3p6 4p.

Note that the non-Unicode version of this would collide with the notation we use for j = l - 1/2, e.g. 2p-. Unicode super-scripts for hole notation would still work, though.
