Winston uses AlphaColorValue now, so i can't release a new version until Color does.

Might it make sense to release one now, before the refactor gets merged? We could do another release shortly thereafter. Heck, today I released two versions of Images :smile:.

But would like to hear the view of @dcjones most of all, of course.

That makes sense. I think the refactor looks pretty much ready to go, but tagging is cheap so I'll just add one now.
