Remove fdinfo debugging #187

@vtjnash when you're done with this debugging, please merge this to get rid of those debugging statements.

We did get another failure (https://build.julialang.org/#/builders/70/builds/430), so you can merge this. There wasn't anything obviously different about this relative to the previous (non-assert) build that was simultaneously running, but I did confirm that there were files in the archive that tar v failed to list, so not a complete fluke
