Ubuntu 12.04 builders need newer gcc #41

the ubuntu toolchain test ppa should work, it has gcc-4.8 or gcc-5

Opting to disable them for now.

Good enough. We can pick some other distros if we want more varied linux coverage, and if dealing with ppa's on the buildbots is too much trouble.
