Build with -j4 on the buildbots #47

Hopefully they're all beefy enough to handle this? Seems silly that we've been building everything in serial all this time.

I did used to build in parallel, and there was a reason I switched it back, but it's entirely possible that reason is moot now. Let's see how it goes. :P

Heh, indeed. I think one of the problems was actually memory usage; but this may have been a bigger problem back when we had 4GB per buildslave. Now we have 8, so make might actually work in parallel. -E
