Move to JuliaCI org? #57

@staticfloat would that be a natural home for this? Is it something we want to do?

JuliaPackaging might be better ?

It really does walk the line between JuliaCI and JuliaPackaging, doesn't it. I don't care where we move it, wherever is most convenient.
