Add FreeBSD 11.1 builder #80

@ararslan Please name the new buildbot freebsd11_1-x64 to match. We're also going to need to create a second Vagrantfile for a tabularasa buildbot named tabularasa_freebsd11_1-x64. That one won't have things like gcc and gfortran and whatnot installed; it's supposed to be more of a "blank slate" and is only used for the separated testing.
