Payment period? #130

Hi,

I've been using JuliaHub since April, and there's in total around 50 USD cost in my balance. I've already added a credit card to my profile, but there hasn't been any payment made yet. Does anyone know what will be the payment period? Or can I apply for an immediate payment? (because I've some budget in my project account for this cost, but the account will be closed later so I have to complete the payment before that due)

Checked this issue. So, the charging of CC failed 4 times and Stripe decided not to charge at all :-( ... Did not even notify us AFAIK. Will open a support ticket with Stripe.

It is strange that Stripe stops attempting to charge even for subsequent billing cycles if it fails for one billing cycle :-(

@b-han , It looks like we will have need to charge your credit card manually. Would you be ok if we went ahead and charged your card now ?

We were waiting for your confirmation. Once you let us know, we will try to charge the card. Please do let us know.

Yes please try it - must I use another card? Or will you just manually update it using the same card information?

@b-han, I've edited a couple of your posts since they included your telephone numbers and I suspect you don't want your phone number sitting out on the internet.
