The "new user graph" sometimes shows wrong stats #139

Steps to reproduce

  1. From the main package page, visit a package that has > 0 new users, a graph is shown
  2. Press "back" to go to back to the main page
  3. Visit a package that has 0 new users (no graph). This causes the graph from the package visited in step 1 to be displayed. Refreshing the page removes the graph.
