LibGEOS/GDAL dependent/dependency confusion #142

LibGEOS (incorrectly) says GDAL is a direct dependent: https://juliahub.com/ui/Packages/LibGEOS/we91k/0.6.8?page=2
GDAL does not have LibGEOS as a dependency: https://juliahub.com/ui/Packages/GDAL/6JYbv/1.3.0?page=1
Via GDAL's Project.toml, GDAL does not depend on LibGEOS

No current version of GDAL depends on LibGEOS, but 0.1.0 does:

Ah, yeah versions makes this tricky.

How would you feel about adding an indicator that this is true for only an older version of the package? Without clicking around, I don't know what the latest version of GDAL is.
