This should fix the asymmetric gains noticed in experiment https://github.com/JuliaComputing/xtrx_julia/pull/1. This sets the MAC register before MCU calibration. Closes https://github.com/JuliaComputing/xtrx_julia/issues/76. Xref: https://github.com/JuliaComputing/LMS7002M-driver/pull/7
