Filtering out the submodule changes, I think this is just building the master branch of https://github.com/JuliaComputing/rx_tools, right? That repository is still missing MIMO recording, which is a critical feature of this, that we need to add to the C code.

Yeah this is just a clone so I can run some local tests. We are blocked on the high level API. I will sync with Tim in the AM.

Merging so we have the boilerplate. Most of the requisite changes are on our JC branch of rx_tools. I will need to do more testing, but that can be a simple version bump PR.
