Thanks for starting up the process. I updated the affiliation index. I think that was the current problem for generating the pdf. Regarding reviewers, unfortunately I don't know whom to invite from the current list. However, I can suggest some people outside of this list that are related to networking research. Is that okey?

Absolutely! It is an open review, anyway. If there is any collusion, it will be in the open for our kids to read and laugh at us 😄
