I am really sorry it is still not working, any other idea? There is a way to reproduce the automatic process to generate the pdf to try to debug it? Thanks in advance for your work.

mmmmh, maybe try to recreate a paper folder based on the JuliaConSubmission.jl one, and add your files + adapt the ones already there
