Run CI on LTS and stable.

Unrelated to macOS test failure, but not sure if you saw this comment. tl;dr codecov is not uploading coverage reports because there's no token provided to it, due to some breaking changes in codecov-action@v4. I think it requires adding a line in CI.yml and adding the Codecov token to Dependabot secrets.

The codecov app is installed. I have bumped you to be an owner of the organization for now so that we can get this all set up correctly.
