Makie Data Inspector #341

I would appreciate a tutorial for how to use the data inspector in Makie to create data tips. In particular I would like to be able to create the (x,y) values for a point on the line and then have this datatip show on the figure when saved. The explanation in https://docs.makie.org/stable/explanations/inspector is a bit terse for me.

@JakeZw we are currently only maintaining the content at Julia Data Science. This means that we are committed to making Julia Data Science compatible with the latest versions of the packages.

This means that the authors will not add new content. However, we are always welcoming new contributors to make a PR and we'll review it. If the outcome is on par with the rest of the content, it'll be merged.
