Is this Curtis-Powell-Reid seeding? #130

this sounds like Curtis-Powell-Reid seeding (per Griewank and Walther, Evaluating Derivative chapter 8). but no mention of this is given in the readme.

From https://www.stce.rwth-aachen.de/files/elearning/JacobianCompression_I.pdf it looks like it. I've never heard it called that before. We can add a (also known as Curtis-Powell-Reid seeding) somewhere in the README
