Cache notebooks are not used for building docs in production #129

PlutoStaticHTML can use old notebooks for caching the results. So a notebook doesn't need to run every time a CI run is triggered. Due to some unknown reasons, the cache file is not found/rejected by the CI.

This is not a DemoCard issue. As pointed out in https://github.com/CarloLucibello/GraphNeuralNetworks.jl/pull/230 it was the julia version mismatch that caused the bug in the first place. Closing this for good.
