With inventory writing now being in Documenter, and having been backported to DocumenterInventoryWritingBackport, we no longer need the code here.
We still automatically load DocumenterInventoryWritingBackport, so any package using DocumenterInterLinks will get the inventory writing as well. That automatic fallback might be removed in version 1.0, once inventories have become widespread enough.
