Partly addresses #190.

Implemented (all with tests and documentation examples):

complexity, complexity_normalized and ComplexityMeasure
SampleEntropy <: ComplexityMeasure
ApproximateEntropy <: ComplexityMeasure
ReverseDispersion <: ComplexityMeasure
MissingDispersionPatterns <: ComplexityMeasure

Also:

Give documentation slightly more informative headers, so that it is easier to navigate using the menu.
Fix NaiveKernel tests and docs, which were failing after refactoring
