This task also requires implementing new basis for C1-continuous elements to FEMBasis.jl

[ ] Implement C1-continuous basis functions to FEMBasis.jl.
[ ] Implement beam model for linear elasticity, for 2d and 3d.
[ ] Create a Jupyter Notebook, giving a simple example how to use beams in JuliaFEM. This goes to http://www.juliafem.org/examples
[ ] Write a brief theory to beam elements. It can be included to docs/src/theory/beam.md or Notebook.

This has been done in FEMBeam.jl
