empty!(problem) -> empty!(problem.assembly)
get_gdofs(element, ndim) -> get_gdofs(problem, element)

Coverage remained the same at 81.403% when pulling c88cf280482fcb7cbd515d9200452da843503cef on fix/get_gdofs into d2d860ccf99720fc91b81c8bb33063cfe99ac1bd on master.
