Implement basic types #1

I propose to start implementing three basic types being Ticker, OrderBook and Trades. We might want to create separate branches with:

OrderBook is to be kicked off by @femtotrader as discussed on https://github.com/JuliaFinance/Roadmap/issues/12#issuecomment-485766467
Ticker which I'll update following my draft
Trades will naturally come in right after as the previous implies discussing implementation details :)
