CompatHelper: bump compat for GeometricBase to 0.7, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the GeometricBase package from 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 to 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
