CompatHelper: bump compat for GeometricBase to 0.8, (keep existing compat) #45

This pull request changes the compat entry for the GeometricBase package from 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 to 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
